FREE USE LICENSE These materials — including the Marriage Covenant Contract, the Couple's Guide and Implementation Checklist, the Letter to the Bishop, the Letter to the Parish Priest, the Attorney Cover Letters, and the Comprehensive Strategy Memorandum (collectively, the "Materials") — are made freely available to any individual or couple who wishes to use them. No purchase, registration, or fee is required.
PERMITTED USES Any person or couple may:
Download, view, print, and share the Materials for personal use.
Customize the Materials by filling in the designated blank fields with personal information. Changes to other portions of the documents may be made with the approval of respective legal counsel, a parish priest, or the local ordinary.
Share the customized Materials with legal counsel, a parish priest, a local bishop or ordinary, and a notary public, solely for the purpose of reviewing, executing, and implementing a Marriage Covenant Contract.
Share the Materials freely with other couples or individuals who may benefit from them.

The Materials do not constitute legal advice, canonical advice, financial advice, or counseling of any kind.
The Company is not a law firm, does not employ or retain attorneys for the purpose of providing legal services to purchasers, and does not establish an attorney-client relationship with any purchaser or user of the Materials. The Materials are template documents that must be reviewed, customized, and approved by each party's independently retained, licensed legal counsel before execution.
By purchasing, downloading, opening, or using any of the Materials, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees as follows:
No Guarantee of Legal Enforceability. The Company makes no representation or warranty that any provision of the Materials will be enforceable in any jurisdiction. Laws governing premarital agreements, marital agreements, covenant marriages, arbitration, property rights, spousal support, child custody, and related matters vary by state and are subject to change. The enforceability of any provision depends on the specific facts and circumstances of each case and on the review and approval of qualified legal counsel.
Assumption of Risk. The Licensee assumes all risk associated with the use of the Materials. The Licensee acknowledges that the Materials are starting templates and that the Licensee is solely responsible for retaining qualified legal counsel to review, modify, and approve the Materials before execution.
Waiver and Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensee, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges the Company from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including attorneys' fees), causes of action, suits, and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way related to the purchase, use, customization, execution, or enforcement of the Materials, including but not limited to any claim that a provision of the Materials was unenforceable, unconscionable, or contrary to applicable law or public policy.
No Liability for Outcomes. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Materials, including but not limited to the outcome of any legal proceeding, arbitration, mediation, or ecclesiastical process in which the Materials or any agreement derived from the Materials are at issue.
Indemnification. The Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the Licensee's use of the Materials, including any claim brought by the Licensee's spouse, former spouse, or any third party.
Severability. If any provision of this Waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Waiver of Liability and Disclaimer is a material term of the license granted to the Licensee and shall survive the termination or expiration of the license.
